There are so many kinds of therapy (and therapists). While I think that everyone can benefit from therapy, DBT has been the most helpful therapy for me, hands down!

DBT is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy! I find it more helpful than traditional talk therapy or CBT as it really taught me skills in emotion regulation…
